Top Notes: Bergamot, Lavender
Mid Notes: Clary Sage, French Lavender, Cinnamon Leaf
Dry Notes: French Vanilla, Galbanum, Rosewood, Cade Wood
 
Amethyst; research suggests that it may be useful for treating anxiety, insomnia, depression and restlessness. Amethyst for me is the King and Queen of all the crystals, and mirrors the benefits of Lavender, I paired these two amazing products together not only because they match in colour; but, they can be used to treat the same emotional issues and concerns. The total healing dynamic duo, one might say!
